Teaching Kids To Value Their Money (❌ ENTITLEMENT !)

This is part 5 in my free 10-day Financial Literacy For Kids 101 series.

Learn how to teach kids to value their money so they become a money master and increase their self-worth!

Are you sick and tired of being a Mommy ATM (bank machine)?

Are you looking to get your child to stay out of your wallet and to count on themselves to earn their own money.

And how amazing would it be once your child has a true appreciation for the value of money, the value of the time and effort needed to earn that money and a respect and a mastery to make the right decisions when spending that money?

You child will never fully appreciate the true value of their money until they’ve had a chance to earn their own money, save up for a special goal and buy that goal with their own money.

So how do you start? What if your child is still really young and you don’t feel they are old enough to earn their own money?

Should you give them an allowance? Not necessarily.

That is one way, but honestly it’s not the most effective way to teach the value of money to your child.

I can still remember the day when my daughter literally had ‘the penny drop’ into place and she in a single moment she got the true value of money and it left her mouth dropped open in awe.

This is something you can do with your child to easily get your child to truly value the value of money.

Okay, so let me share the story with you and then you can take what I did with my daughter and create your own version for your own child so they will forever more value their money … and themselves!

Watch the video above and I’ll tell you the story of how I got my daughter to appreciate the true value of money.

Make sure you take notes and after you watch the video let me know in the comments below what way you will teach your child to value their money?
