How often have you tried to accomplish something only to fail and then hide your failure?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I know I have.<\/p>\n

Be honest with yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t feel good to admit defeat but to bottle up your mistakes inside and to try to hide them will only drain you of positive energy and fill you <\/strong>with negative tension.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We all make mistakes, it\u2019s nature\u2019s way of teaching us new lessons.<\/p>\n

I like to say, “There are NO mistakes, ONLY very expensive LESSONS!”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be afraid of failure and don\u2019t be afraid to admit your defeat.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not only will you be freeing yourself of all that negative energy, you will also be giving the beautiful gift of new lessons learned to those with whom <\/strong>you share your defeat.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Be refreshed and begin again, learning from your mistakes.<\/p>\n

Forget school!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I know we were raised in school to feel badly about making mistakes.<\/p>\n

Start fresh and embrace your mistakes, learn from them and then try <\/strong>not to repeat them.<\/strong><\/p>\n
