I know how hard life can be with everything going on in our lives, with everything that we face on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I decided to make myself a present to help lift my spirits to help me stay focused on the positive and especially to remind me of my own self-worth<\/strong> on those harder days that always come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ve maybe been there? You know, the self-doubt<\/strong> that often creeps in and starts to remind yourself of why you are NOT worthy<\/strong> of achieving success and happiness. How other people matter more than you. Sound familiar at all?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trust me, I’ve been there. Honestly, even the most successful people in the world, deal with self-doubting. The difference is they also know how to use special tools, like mediation<\/strong>, vision boards<\/strong>, journaling<\/strong>, hanging out with positive friends, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So that’s what I did. I created a mind movie<\/strong> (movie vision board<\/strong>) to help keep my spirits high. To remind me on a daily basis that I do matter. That I am successful. I am loved. I make a positive difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I turned out so wonderful! I just LOVE it! It makes me feel so inspired, loved, appreciated, hopeful and reminds me that I am strong and resilient. That I can handle any obstacle that comes my way, no matter what!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I was previewing it, I was hit with an inspiration. I can’t possibly be the only person going through hard times right now. You are probably having moments of doubt and fear too. Am I right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
