I made this mind movie to help you stay focused on health and healing during COVID-19 the coronavirus pandemic<\/strong>. I hope this will help you focus on creating a healthy<\/strong> world after the pandemic is over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hi, I’m Amanda van der Gulik from https:\/\/www.CleverDoughKids.com<\/a> and normally I make videos to help parents raise money smart families with strong financial literacy education<\/strong> but today’s video is a little different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m an ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome) survivor<\/strong> and because of my damaged lungs I am now one of the vulnerable covid 19 groups<\/strong> that needs self-isolation and social distancing<\/strong> to keep me alive, healthy and healing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not just because it would be life threatening for me personally to contract the coronavirus (my odds would not be good to say the least) but because it would affect everyone around me, my family, my friends, my town \u2026 and it would add another unnecessary burden on our already over burdened medical resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding another patient to their list would not be my way of helping our nation, our world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And so as an ARDS survivor, I’m doing my part to stay healthy during COVID-19 as best as I possibly can and that includes not only staying physically healthy but staying mentally healthy too<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I’m sharing my pesonal ards survivor story<\/strong> with you so that maybe I’ll be able to help inspire you to stay healthy during quarantine too. I really hope some of the ways I’m using to stay healthy will be able to help you and your family too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am NOT a doctor <\/strong>or in any way associated with the medical industry and as such please do not take anything I am doing as advice or suggestions for yourself.
