I met Kay back in 2017 when Kay asked me to be interviewed for her &#8220;Overwhelmed Working Moms Summit&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now Kay is passionate about being a\nteacher.&nbsp; She taught Middle Schoolers the\nEnglish language and how to evaluate as they read.&nbsp; Then she taught in her own private school to students\nfrom elementary age up through adults through one-on-one training in multiple\nacademic areas.&nbsp; As well as years of teaching\nelementary school students the delight of music.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However as Kay watched her students graduate,\nshe did notice that many found that satisfactory employment was an ever\nincreasing challenge.&nbsp; And during this same\ntime, she was also preparing her own 5 sons to enter the workforce, adulthood,\ntake on their own lives and she had concerns for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the boys grew older, Kay actually started\nher own brick and mortar business.&nbsp; And the\nnature of her business actually caused her to morph into more of a counseling\nrole and she found her niche.&nbsp; Intimate conversations\nwith working women where Kay found herself coaching she recognized a frequent common\nissue that was present for most of these women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The majority of the working moms worked\nbecause they didn&#8217;t have a choice. They needed more income, yet didn\u2019t want to\nleave their families.&nbsp; And also, looking\nback at the many students she had taught, most of them really didn&#8217;t know what\nthey wanted to do after school was finished.&nbsp;\nAnd this crystallized the biggest issue of all for both groups.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which was, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleverdoughkids.com\/50moneymakingideasforkids-freegift\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">how can people earn money<\/a>? Money necessary to live their lives and take care of themselves and their families?&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And at this very moment, so many are\nstruggling to have enough time and enough money to even to be with the families\nthey love being with. Let alone dare to have any personal goals and dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now this awareness directed Kay&#8217;s\nfinal path toward assisting both the youth and the parents, adults, to start\ntheir own income. &nbsp;As a mentor in this\nfield, she is aware that a high percentage of people don&#8217;t have the funds or\nhave very limited funds to start a new business. As well as, they lack the knowledge\nnecessary to get started.
